ECHS PTSA Meeting Calendar 2011-2012 Academic Year:
The PTSA generally meets the second Monday of the month from 7-9 p.m. in the ECHS library, 2nd floor of Building A. Occasionally meeting dates need to be changed due to holidays or hosting of special programs. The meeting date and agenda is always announced the week before the meeting, and meeting minutes are posted after they have been approved at the following meeting.

The February meeting is being shifted to accommodate an open forum at ECHS with 2 School Board Members that will give the ECHS community (parents, students, staff, community members) an opportunity to make suggestions about what we can do to improve our school, especially if some funding were made available. This is a continuation of a special Board meeting held last December at which ECHS and two other high schools were asked to make a presentation about steps being taken to improve school climate and educational processes. We hope for a large turnout from the ECHS community.
Monday, March 12th 7-9 pm
The March meeting will have a special presentation by ECHS teacher Curt Douglas and Principal Luongo about ECHS’s WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) accreditation planning. A group of ECHS staff will be making a second PTSA-sponsored presentation on the ECHS WASC plan and other topics related to ECHS at a future date at a South Richmond location to be determined.
